DELIVERY POLICIES FOR BALLOON BOUQUETS
These are not meant to be all inclusive policies but to serve as guidelines for specific circumstances. We reserve the right to modify the policies based on individual occurrences. Email orders will be confirmed by phone to include delivery address, special instructions and payment information.

Payment – All bouquet orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Payments are accepted by credit card or affiliated debit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). PayPal payments can be made to “paypal.me/sammyjballoons”. Personal checks can not be accepted.
Schedule – Orders should be placed at least two weeks prior to delivery date. A four-hour time-frame will be requested for delivery time. However, no guarantee can be given for delays due to traffic, weather or delivery location policies.
Confirmation – A confirmation email or text will be sent with a photo of the bouquet upon delivery.
Recipient Contact – Due to state and local regulations, anonymous deliveries are not allowed. All recipients will be notified of delivery to confirm time and location however pricing will not be released. Because of procedures for notification, we can not provide surprise deliveries. A four hour delivery time window can be requested at time of order. However, delivery time will be confirmed with recipient or location.
Unavailable recipient – If the delivery policies have been used and no one is available to accept a delivery when we arrive, the order will be returned and the sender will be notified. Additional delivery charges will apply to complete the delivery. There is no refund for undeliverable orders.
School Deliveries – Deliveries will be made only if permitted by school. Contact of school will be made after order is placed. All school deliveries will be held at office/reception desk and recipient will be notified by school personnel. No deliveries can be made to individual classrooms. Please note that some schools don’t allow latex balloons due to potential allergic reactions. Sender will be notified of school policies.
College/University Deliveries – On-campus deliveries can only be made to publicly-accessed buildings. Deliveries can not be made to classrooms or dorm rooms. Dormitory deliveries will be made to front desk or central mail room. Recipient will be notified by dorm personnel.
Hotel Deliveries – Due to security policies, deliveries can not be made to specific rooms. Deliveries will be made to front desk, bell captain or concierge desk depending on hotel procedure. It is the responsibility of the hotel/motel staff to complete delivery to guest. We can not be held responsibility for damage caused by staff. Once delivery is made to hotel/motel, we consider the order complete.
Hospital Deliveries – Policies of hospitals vary and must be followed. We will contact the specific hospital to confirm their delivery/balloon policy. If the policy does not allow for delivery of latex balloons, customer will be notified and offered full refund. Hospital may not allow delivery to individual patient rooms. In such cases, delivery will be made to front desk, reception or nurse station per hospital policy. Hospital staff will be responsible for delivery to patient. We are not liable for damage caused by staff. Hospital will be contacted to verify recipient is permitted to receive delivery and is still admitted. In the event recipient has been discharged, the order can be re-schedule for delivery at alternate location. Additional delivery charges may be incurred.
Airport deliveries – Due to TSA regulations, gate deliveries are not allowed. Due to the inability to confirm recipient location, airport deliveries can not be taken.

Most Balloon Bouquets can be shipping via USPS Priority service. Due to size limitations, bouquets are restricted to 18″ tall. Designs will be similar to those pictured. Three-digit ZIP Code prefixes are listed by zone. If a Zip Code is not listed, please call for shipping rates.
